HARVEST
Hand-picked in late september. The grapes are left a few days to dry in plant after having
cut the shoot

VINIFICATION
Alcoholic fermentation in contact with the skins at a temperature between 22°C and 24°C
with the use of selected natural yeasts

MATURATION
18 months, 40% in Aller French oak barrel, 60% in stainless steel tanks

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Ruby red colour. Notes of marasca cherry and stramberry jam. Spicy notes of vanilla and
coffee.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE
18° – 20°C
